Besides being surrounded by the two oceans, namely the Atlantic on the Western side and False Bay and the Indian Ocean on the Eastern side, Fish Hoek is also surrounded by many mountains and peaks too. These mountains on both the Northern and Southern sides, generally have clearly marked routes too. Here`s selected scenes from Elsies Peak, Trappies Kop and Ridge Peak. Click to select from Elsie's Peak in the South (above left) and Trappies Kop in the North (above right).
The mountains are not only a place for climbing and keeping fit, but of extreme beauty and peace. Plenty of life, in both fauna and flora, to be found. Click on pictures to enlarge.
